How do I detect kill -9 snmpd?

I'm using Redhat and Suse Enterprise versions of Linux. I have a generic question about snmpd. I have a subagnet which at the moment only sends snmp traps using void send_v2trap(). If someone does "kill -9 (Processid for snmpd)" is there any way to detect it?
Thanks in advance.
