opensolaris net-snmp 5.0.9 perl support

Hi All,
     While  installing  net-snmp 5.0.9(we know its old , but we are using
this one) on opensolaris,

          ./configure --enable-perl
          make
          make install

        net-snmp is installed and running ,

But when we do  *mib2c*  , it says that *perl modules are not installed,*

     When we tried to install the perl ,

    its giving error , *perlio.o  _file is not defined *

  Please help in this regard
