building w/o stripping

I'm bashing my head on the wall. Or close to it. How .. from rpmbuild (RHEL 5.2) do you build net-snmp without stripping the resulting binaries? Sorry, this is probably more of an RPM question, but I've hunted those type of resources and can find nothing.
