R: Modifying vacm tables with api from subagent

The master itself can modify them, I think, I simply need to change the communities that I specified in the com2sec directives. But I need to do this from the subagent because the subagent manages the nodes with my communities.

        No.  Nor should there be.  Subagents should never modify the master configuration.
