Hi there, I did post this query email before I join the maillist, sorry if there are duplicate messages. My problem is, I cant reistrate my sub-agent (for a table). I used the MFD configuration to generate the C code for sub-agent, and all options were default during the code generation # snmpd -v NET-SNMP version: 5.4.2 Web: http://www.net-snmp.org/ Email: [email protected] >env MIBS="+JEMA-UPS-MIB" mib2c -c mib2c.mfd.conf jemaUpsInputTable after a few modification on the auto-generated code (in fact, I just modified jemaUpsInputTable_container_load), I got the sub-agent compiled, and loaded: dlmod jemaUpsInputTable /home/zihui/app/agent/test/jemaUpsInputTable.so and then run snmpd in debug mode, log: register_mib: registering "jemaUpsInputTable" at SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4550.1.1.3.3 with context "(null)" but when I sent the request: >snmptable -c public -v 2c localhost 1.3.6.1.4.1.4550.1.1.3.3.1 Was that a table? SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4550.1.1.3.3.1 >snmptable -c public -v 2c localhost SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4550.1.1.3.3 Was that a table? SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4550.1.1.3.3.1 >snmpgetnext -c public -v 2c localhost SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4550.1.1.3.3 NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB::nsModuleName."".1.0.0 = STRING: Please be kind and give me a suggestion.
