	No.  There is no ".internet part".  OIDs are an absolute addressing mechanism - intermediary parts cannot be elided.  They may not, however, be displayed.  One of the tools may be using the "-Ou" flag.  You may want to have all your intermediary tools use "-On" so that the OIDs will be invariate.
