What algorithms of OpenSSL are used by net-snmp

Hi, we have managed to utilize net-snmp successfully for bigger medical product. Now, the issue arises if we are using any code that is covered by patents and if we need to get in contact with any patent owners. That's why I have the following questions: Does someone now already that parts of net-snmp uses patented algorithms or code and which parts would that be. Are the algorithms of OpenSSL that are used by net-snmp covered by any patents? Or the simpler question: which algorithms of OpenSSL are used by net-snmp. I can then investigate further if they are covered by patents. Please note that for keeping net-snmp in the project, I need substantial answers in this issue. I have no possibilities to check these things on my own.
