Hi Les RFC 2790 HOST-RESOURCES-MIB is defined for managing host systems. This has objects which give information about CPU usage (in no of centi-seconds) by each process. This MIB file is available with the installation of Net-snmp package. SNMPD should have been compiled and linked with this MIB module. Otherwise, SNMPD gives the response "No Such Object available on this agent at this OID" when any request is given on this MIB.
