  FWIW, I understand a certain amount of frustration learning about
net-snmp.  I'm still in that boat.  Many of my questions remain
unanswered, although I expect such in an open source project.  Most of
my learning has been self-directed through necessity.

  However, I'm really satisfied with the overall response I've received
from the net-snmp community.  When I asked the right questions (be
specific enough!) with the right attitude (friendly and thankful), more
often than not I got what I needed.
