Do you have it in the default_mibs_install in your config.log?

Just a wild guess. Do you have all prerequisite mibs compiled in?

SNMPv2-SMI
SNMPv2-TC
SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIB
SNMP-TARGET-MIB
SNMPv2-CONF
