Thanks. You had let me to the solution. However I did not modify the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
My fedora distro had a preinstalled net-snmp libraries. I just added
/usr/local/lib in /etc/.. some folder. and run ldconfig to refresh the
cache. Now it is running without any problem.
