	If you are using yum, then you should be able to use the net-snmp-perl if (and only if) you are also using the matching (i.e. update at the same time) net-snmp package.  You may need other net-snmp-* packages as well (I've never done this myself).

	To clarify the perl packages (which I believe you already have straightened out), see what Dave had to say:
