No. The ifTable code is expecting to implement the *whole* table. It's not designed to allow individual subagents to insert additional rows. It *might* work if your subagent explicitly registers the row as a "slice" rather than a full table. But there's no examples of this in the current code, and the mib2c templates don't cover this option either.
