Hmmm....

Other things to check:
   Is this duplication *only* affecting linkUp/Down traps,
or does it also hit other traps (such as the coldStart and
shutdown traps)?

What does the output of
      snmpwalk .... snmpNotifyObjects
and
      snmpwalk .....  target
look like?


Try running the trap receiver using
    snmptrapd -f -Le -d .....

and trigger a linkUp/Down trap.
What does the receiver report?
