Esto también esta, borro el /var/lock/subsys/snmpd y al ejecutar otra vez el
snmp aparece de nuevo.

Ejecuta:
$ /etc/init.d/snmpd start

Despues:
$ /etc/init.d/snmpd status

Si Falla:

Trata de actualizar todos los programas.

Ejecuta:
ls /var/lock/subsys/snmpd

Existe ese programa?
