Hi All,
       I am in a need to implement a method ,(with out using a perl scrip, using a C language)
              1) I will get a root OID from Event and I am configurating that in snmpd.conf , So that any snmp get,set request will come to this point. 
              2) Based on the root OID , I have to handle any query's (get,set,get-next,walk & response)  on any OIDs below the root  OID and send the snmp reqponse.
             I think this "pass" and "pass_persist"  will work well , So please send me any examples . How to use "pass" and "pass_persist" (any web liks etc..)

       I have gone through the "man snmpd.conf " file but unable to understand correct use of
        pass [-p priority] MIBOID PROG
        pass_persist [-p priority] MIBOID PROG.
