How to restrict forwarding traps to a desitination from devices?

Hi,

How can I restrict forwarding traps to a desitination (NMS) based on some
condition.

Probelm Scenario:

I want to restrict traps from some network devices (based on IP)  to my NMS
system. However, the list of devices are not constant, may change depending
on the network state.
And the assumption is, at any time, that I would have the info of this list
of devices at runtime.

presently, I am using  the following in snmptrapd.conf to forward to my NMS.

*forward default  <MY NMS IP ADDRESS>*

1.Are there any filtering  methods in snmptrapd.conf,  where I can
configure/specify ,  so that the traps are not forwarded from list of
devices.

2.If answer to 1 above is NO  , how can I implement the same in snmptrapd
C code, Specifically , where and what are the changes I may  be required to
do.?
It would be helpful if you can  point me to the specific files/functions
where I can do these changes.
I have gone through the code once but felt I may break the code if I do
changes directly. So seeking help in this direction.

3. Any alternative you would suggest, other than 2 ablove.
