Just to be pedagogical, in case this is not clear already, but there may or may not be an implementation of that MIB on the host you wish to monitor. It may be because the code that supports that MIB wasn't included when the master agent was built, or because the subagent for that MIB has not been started, or because working code for that MIB on that platform does not exist - but again, this is an implementation issue, and has no version issues.
