Thank U So Much Dave.....Now I got the reason..Y my machine is not
supporting ucdavis....

Ok...U mean My linux machine is runnnig net-snmp...Ya U r correct....Bcoz if
I get a snmpd version am getting "ucd-snmp 4.2.4"..

But Then I coudnt get any ucdavis tree related info...

C:\>snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 192.168.1.203 UCD-SNMP-MIB::laTable

C:\>snmpwalk -m UCD-SNMP-MIB -v 1 -c public 192.168.1.203
UCD-SNMP-MIB::memory
End of MIB

C:\>snmpgetnext -v 1 -c public 192.168.1.203 .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.11
Error in packet.
Reason: (noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB.
Failed object: RFC1155-SMI::enterprises.2021.4.11
