Compatibility for Different version of Net SNMP

Hi All,
We had ported the UCD-snmp version 4.1.2 as per the
requirement and implemented the the enterprise MIB according.
Now we have upgraded it with Latest version net-snmp 5.4.2.1
Problem arise with the enterprise mib.
Would the same code (Enterprise Mib Code) work on the net snmp 5.4.2.1 ?
If Yes, Then could you suggest me what are the step we need to follow to
make it work ?
