Which version of the agent?   On what O/S?

I believe that releases 5.3.x (and before) would use the mibII/* modules
by default.   But I have a strong suspicion that this changed with 5.4.x
(for selected architectures at least).

Suck it and see.
Compile the source, and see which .o files get created.

In order to activate the newer code (if it's not already active),
invoke

   configure --enable-mfd-rewrites

and recompile.
