fail mib registration after reconnection

Hello!

I have the case:

1. run snmpd (machine_A)

2. run subagent (machine_B): the agent successfully registered mibs, I can
get it with snmpwalk, for example.

3. force reset machine_B: just push reset button on the computer

    - netstat shows the connection betweeen snmpd and my agent is
established.

    - snmpd does not know the agent is down.

4. when machine_B is up my agent trying to connect to snmpd and register its
own mibs. But, snmpd says about dublicate mib registration:

    - snmpd says 'netsnmp_assert !"registration != duplicate" failed
agent_registry.c:536 netsnmp_subtree_load()'

    - net-snmp agentx library says 'registering pdu failed: 263!'

5. here I cannot get mib variables wiht snmpget, snmpwalk etc.

please let me know a way to avoid double registration in that case, what
function can unregister the mibs inside my subagent?
