can NetSNMP.pm tell me the 'called IP'?

I'm trying to use NetSNMP.pm to build a test harness, but...
How can I determine the 'called IP' address that an SNMP get request came
_into_?

if I have multiple IP addresses on my box, I'd like to (need to)
discriminate between
one request sent to 1.2.3.4 and a different request sent to 5.6.7.8

TIA
Fulko
