The config files contain configuration tokens, not shell commands. The token used to set up embedded perl scripts is "perl". There is no token by the name of "/usr/local/fnmt/bin/perl" so the Net-SNMP library complains about it. If you want to embed perl into your config file, then use the token "perl", as described in the snmpd.conf(5) man page.
