The above engine ID the one for the system you are sending the trap from?

The 'edgewater' user for the other system is likely configured correctly 
- I think the second usmUser line in your snmptrapd.conf file above is 
what allows your snmptrapd to successfully receive the trap from your 
other system.  Notice the SnmpEngineID - 0x80001f8880a6aba16d9a0ec949

Now just create the right SnmpEngineID + user line for the Fedora 10 
system...
