mib2c.notify.conf file missing

I am using the Net-SNMP 5.0.9 that comes with solaris 10. However the mib2c.notify.conf file seems to be missing.

I downloaded a file which was available for linux machine. Will this file be right for the solaris machine?
Also I tried using it with the mib2c tool but it generates only .h files.
