I don't think snmptable is a particularly good starting point.
A better approach would be a combination of snmpwalk (searching
for the process name), followed by snmpget (for the performance info).

I'd actually suggest that you start by crafting a shell-script that
uses the 'snmpwalk' and 'snmpget' commands, to make sure that
you are happy with the operations that are needed.
   Once you've got that working, it should be relatively straightforward
to re-work it using the C (or perl) API calls.

But it'll be a lot easier to code this once you've got a firm grasp
of exactly what operations are needed.
