snmptrapd 5.4.2.1 amd64 don't receive traps and fork very slow

Hello,

i have 2 problems with snmptrapd (net-snmp 5.4.2.1 amd64) on FreeBSD 7.1 
release.

1.  snmptrapd forks very slow.

root$ time /usr/local/etc/rc.d/snmptrapd start

I tested these config files on i386 and it works fine. Seems it 
something with amd64.

Any ideas?
