I'd suggest that you merge this into the existing
target/snmpTargetAddrEntry code,
rather than implementing this completely separately.   It's
effectively just adding
two new fields to the 'targetAddrTable_struct', and registering
another table within
the init_snmpTargetAddrEntry() routine.

You can basically ignore the fact that this is defined as a separate table,
and treat the two of them as effectively one.
