initializing snmpNotifyFilterTable and ipNetToPhysicalTable

Hi, i want to initialize the snmpNotifyTable and ipNetToPhysicalTable with values provided by my application.I gone through the respective code but didn't get which API to call from my application to do this,since the API style of these mibs(which uses container,helper concept) is not smilar to the one used for snmpNotifyFilterProfileTable which can be easily understood. So how can i do this.
