OK - so that's the firewall settings.
What about the access control configuration in snmpd.conf?
There are multiple mentions of this scattered throughout the
FAQ, including
   Why can't I see anything from the agent?
   Why doesn't the agent respond?
   How do I configure access control?

plus a comprehensive coverage of this in the snmpd.conf(5)
man page.
