how to get system free memory on win32 ?

When I try to snmpget UCD-SNMP-MIB::memTotalFree on win32, I get D-SNMP-MIB::memTotalFree = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID Do you know if this has not been implemented for windows or I'm doing something wrong.
