issue with snmpget

Hi,

I have to a get on a MIB variable but it gives me a timeout everytime.
I am able to do a set on this variable successfully so it doesn't look like a access control problem.

Below is the code for GET block:
case MODE_GET:
snmp_set_var_typed_value(ptr_requests->requestvb, ASN_INTEGER,
                                    (u_char *) &resync_var, sizeof(resync_var));

            break;

Please provide your inputs.
