RE: snmpd and proprietary mib

I've parsed command:
start-stop-daemon --quiet --start --exec /usr/sbin/snmpd -- -Lsd -Lf /dev/null -p /var/run/snmpd.pid

out of /etc/init.d/snmpd and all is working fine.

Seems that problem is in setting shell environment.
