No - you are generating one notification.
The SNMP version(s) and destination(s) of that notification
are not the responsibility of the "monitor" directive.
That is handled by the trap*sink directives.

Because you have two such trap*sink directives, you will always
get two copies of every trap.

Well, the second and third traps come from your "testNotification" event
(with two copies, because you've got two trap*sink directives).

The first and fourth traps are the standard DisMan Event MIB trap
"mteTriggerFired"  (again with two copies, becuase you've got two
trap*sink directives).


Now I'm not sure why you are getting *both* of these.
I'd expect to get one or the other pair.
