		I checked the instance of the file and the object definitely has read-write access. I have attached the mib file.

mib2c should generate a SET processing code template,
assuming that the MIB object is defined as writeable.

Check that the installed version of the MIB file is the correct one
(i.e. including read-write access).

If that still doesn't work, please post a copy of the MIB file
so we can test it.
