Hi Dave, Unfortunately our marketing people want to be able to use SNMP V1 so I believe we have to use SMIv1. This is not a problem though as I just converted the read-write objects to SMIv2 and ran it through mib2c which generated the code I needed. Thanks again for your help. Regards, Richard. Is there any reason why you're using the obsolete SMIv1 format? I've checked, and if you re-write the MIB in SMIv2, then mib2c recognises the writeable object, and generates a SET processing template.
