traphandler not working on winows xp/vista

Hi,

  I've installed net-snmp 5.4.1 on windows xp/vista.I've a specified the
traphandler in the snmptrapd.conf like I mentioned below :


    *traphandle 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.2 c:\usr\handletrap.bat ***
*        traphandle default c:\usr\handletrap**.bat*

For the traphandle, I am passing a batch file (handletrap.bat) which has to
be run when specified traps are received.But when the traps are received , I
see handletrap.bat
not run , and not even the default traphandler is getting called.

Pls. tell me why the traphandler is not able to call the batch file which I
specified in it.
