as separate services.

No - it loaded OK for me.
But the MIB you posted doesn't cover the traps that you
are receiving.   Those traps are rooted at mib-2.33,
while the UPSD-MIB is rooted at enterprises.2254

I think you actually need the UPS-MIB (RFC 1628)
