No - what you are receiving is actually the equivalent of

   .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.0.4

That's not strictly a valid trap, according to the MIB.
You *ought* to be receiving

      enterprise: 1.3.6.1.2.1.33.2  (UPS-MIB::upsTraps)

(i.e. .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.2.0.4 - upsTrapAlarmEntryRemoved)

It looks suspiciously as if the remote implementation might be broken.
