Solaris 10 and the dsk tree

Hi all,

I've just put the System Management Agent (sma) on our Solaris machines
primarilty in order to report on the capacity of our ZFS volumes. I see
the sma is only version 5.0.9 (which is pretty old now) and it seems to
me that when I query the dskTable, I get "No Such Object available on
this agent at this OID". Now I tried this on our Linux hosts, and it
works a treat. I have found a couple of posts that is does work on
Solaris, but I'm not certain of which version of Net-SNMP they were
using.

Is this a known problem with Solaris and 5.0.9 of the agent? I guess if
I need to go through a compile to get a newer version of the agent, then
that's what I'll have to do....but I've been avoiding it.

Thanks in advance,

H
