	If I understand correctly, your notification receiver does not recognize the encryption algorithm in use.

	I'd suggest leaving the agent code alone.  Here's a path to try:

	1)  Send a v3 trap, not an inform.

	2)  If you get success for (1), check your users.  Informs are authenticated against the notification receiver, not sender.

	3)  If you get an unknown encryption error for (1), try setting up snmptrapd (on the same host you are generating traps from, if possible) and adding it to your notification targets.

	4)  If you get failure for (3), you are probably making mistakes in your user configs.  Recheck them carefully.

	5)  If you get success for (3), then your receiver may not have encryption support - perhaps it was compiled without encryption libraries?  Perhaps AES would work?!
