snmpd error in the Board

Hi ,

I have cross compiled and installed net-snmp-5.5.pre2  in a local 
directory.   After installation i get sbin, bin, lib, share  folder.

I have mounted the filesystem of Linux(Which will be running on board) 
in my local machine. Then i  have copied all the libraries as well as 
sbin folder to the mounted file system.

When i make linux and Flash this image to board  i see snmpd on the board.

When i try to execute snmpd, it fails saying  *"not found"    *i dont 
know what is not found. Did i miss anything else that need to be copied 
along with sbin and lib.

Please throw some light on this
