The Net-SNMP notifications are defined in the NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB

That is not the OID of a trap or notification - it's more likely to be a varbind
within the payload of a trap.    netSnmpAgentOIDs.3 indicates a solaris
version of the agent - the trailing 6.1 aren't something we have defined.
