2009/6/25 PoWah Wong <[email protected]>: > Is UCD-SNMP-MIB replaced by HOST-RESOURCE-MIB? The two cover very similar material, yes. The UCD MIB was written to meet immediate needs, at about the same time as the Host Resources MIB was being developed by the IETF. It then took a while before the HR MIB was actually implemented in the Net-SNMP agent. More recently still, we've started to pull together the two implementations, so that the same code is used for both. (And hence the results are more likely to be consistent) Most of the stats you link look right. However: > Is ssCpuRawUser replaced by hrSWRunPerfCPU? > Is ssCpuSystem replaced by hrSWRunPerfCPU ? these two are very different. ssCpu* reports information for the system as a whole. hrSWRunPerf* reports information for an individual process. These values will not be the same.
