I installed the setuptools package for ubuntu (named python-setuptools) and
then did again :

mesh@sumac-clusterhead-1:~/net-snmp-5.4.2.1/python$ python setup.py build

I have lots of errors, so I posted it on pastebin again :

It seems that nothing is good :/
