Net-SNMP 5.5.rc1 available for testing

The latest release of the main trunk of our Net-SNMP development effort
will be the upcoming 5.5 release.  It contains a bunch of changes and
newsworthy items, some of which are listed below.

The first release candidate (5.5.rc1) is now available from:
