RE: Built Net-SNMP Win32 and Missing UCD-SNMP-MIB

Does access control suppress portions of the tree? When I perform an
SNMPWalk, it successfully reads a large portion of the tree. If the
access control were screwed up, wouldn't it just not read anything?

Why do you say that the removal of the MIB text files doesn't matter? If
the files are not present and you start snmpd, it says "cannot find
module (<module_name>): at line 1 in (none)". Put the text files back in
and you can walk the tree successfully.
