	This is a red flag - did the agent even start?  Try starting it by hand and see what happens:

$ ./agent/snmpd -C -Le

	You're looking for it to fail for not having a usable config - that's OK.  For the next step I'd tell you to start it withthe config file used in the test, but so far I can't find that...

	I imagine it's been done, but I don't know when the last time was.
