In general, if you have to retrieve stuff from an FTP server, you should use the username "ftp" or "anonymous", with your email address as the password. But if you use the link above, you shouldn't need to worry abouy this. Similarly, if you use a web browser to access an FTP address, this should handle the username/password for you automatically.
